Gegli news - Ukraine will prevent men from entering Russia - 12/1/2018 2:04:34 AM 2:04:34 AM

President Petro Poroshenko was subjected to military conditions this week, fearing a possible strike against Russia after three arrests were arrested on the Azov Sea.

Russian men between the ages of 16 and 60 have been banned from entering the Black Sea after entering long-lasting tensions between their countries.

Russian men between the ages of 16 and 60 have been banned from entering the Black Sea after entering long-lasting tensions between their countries.
President Putin Purshenko said on Friday that restrictions were imposed on Russian nationals to prevent the formation of "private armies, which are actually representatives of the armed forces of Russia."
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters on Friday that Moscow would not have to confront and impose similar restrictions on Ukrainian men.
Russian ships on Sunday battled three Ukrainian ships and 24 crew members on the Azov Sea on the coast of Crimea. Ukraine says the attack has occurred on international waters.
During the fears of Russia's invasion, Poroshenko was introduced on Tuesday for about 30 days in parts of the country that were more vulnerable to a possible attack.
The martial law allows the president to impose restrictions, including restrictions on foreign movement.
It also means that Poroshenko can ban protesting the peaceful people and regulating the media. Elections can be held when the martial law is in place, but Poroshenko insists that Ukraine will be able to vote in March.
Jack Watling, a researcher at the Royal British Institute in London, said that Poroshenko's fears were believable. He said Russia has deployed units on the Eastern border of eastern Ukraine, which consists of deep identification and penetration.
But Mark Gaelotti, a senior fellow at the Institute of International Affairs in Prague, described actions aimed at targeting Russian men as "a legendary move in politics that is not security." He suggested that "the Kremlin's agents operating in Ukraine often have Ukrainian documents, will become other cover identities or women."
The Kremlin often accuses the Ukrainian government of provoking anti-Russian feelings.
Mathew Beagle, a researcher in Russia and a Eurasia program at the Chatham Khan London Chamber of Advisers, said that Poroshenko's move is a "reaction reaction" that will likely continue to Moscow in opposition to Moscow and the international community.
He added that this is not about "preventing the threat", since it shows that the general public of Ukraine has something to say about this situation.
The seizure of Ukrainian ships on Sunday was the last dispute between the neighbors. Tensions were high after the 2014 Crimean annexation and armed conflicts between Russian-backed government forces and separatists in eastern Ukraine.
When Russia and Ukraine were relatively friendly, the Azov Sea and the Kerch Strait were part of the 2003 agreement.
But the isolation of Moscow from the Crimea to its control not only on one side, but also on both sides of the Strait. Most countries in the world, including the United States and almost all of Europe, say that Russia's destruction of the Crimea is an illegal occupation.
Although the 2003 agreement remains theoretical, Russia is currently demanding that all ships, including Ukraine, request permission before it passes.
In May, the Crimean bridge opened for $ 69.6 billion, and the fragmentation is sharp. Independent observers have pointed out that the bridges distance from international standards is lower and a permanent range for the size of the ship that can be shipped to Azov.
This move has caused a lot of delay in recent months, which has led to Russia's claims that it is attempting to block Ukrainian ports and turn Azov into a Russian-made lake.
Some Western critics say it's all part of the Kremlin tactic of "disarmament propagation," which easily goes away from the Soviet realm.
Ukraine has asked Russia to release members of the crew of the arrested ships. On Friday, Tass news agency reported that the commanders of the three Ukrainian ships were transferred to Moscow for interrogation. 21 other people were arrested in the Crimea.
Poroshenko also called on NATO to increase its presence on the Azov Sea and encouraged European allies to impose tougher sanctions against the Russian government, Vladimir Putin. Both of these requests have fallen into deaf ears so far.
