اخبار گوهردشت - The AT & T Office and the Justice Department have over $ 85.4 billion time Warner acquistion. -

One of the analysts said: "The bottom line: We are the AT & T ruler, referring to some of the questions referred to the DOJ by a judge Circuit D.C."

More than two years later, AT & T announced that it received $ 85.4 billion since the time of the Times Bros., the telecommunications giant and the Justice Department are still involved with the legality of the deal.

Attorneys at Law and the Justice Department five days before the formation of a three-judge panel as part of a US Supreme Court appeal in June by US District Attorney Judge Richard Leon, the purchase may continue.
The appeals court of the Supreme Court of Justice - David Shelled, Robert Wilkins and Judith Rogers - did not indicate that they believed that Leon was fined. They will be up until February to issue their ruling, which will have major effects on other media and telecommunications mergers.
During the inquiry Rogers noted that AT & T agreed with an arbitration clause, and in the absence of an agreement, the channels did not neutralize it. It often happens when cable TV programs search for prices higher than distributors. When the two sides can not reach an agreement, channels are usually common for darkness for a period of time.
Attorneys at the Justice Department claim that a powerful AT & T that DirecTV owns can be significantly damaged by popular channels such as CNN, TNT, TBS or HBO, which AT & T at Time Contract Warner has gained.
While AT & T went on to integrate parts of Turner, it agreed to stop any communication between Turner Broadcasting and Division DirecTV by the end of February.
Paul Gallant, an analyst at the Cowen & Co. Investment Bank, said in a memo on Thursday that he did not expect the securities to come.
Gallant wrote: "The bottom line: we see AT & T prevail."
Gallant told GEGLI News that Rodgers' questions were aired by the Justice Department.
"The courts are finally a black box," Gallant said. "Judge Rogers is the key. He seems to be voting for this panel, and his questions seemed to be more of a hint of AT & T than AT & T."
While the AT & T deal has already completed the approval process, DCC may not be the last stop. Each party loses, it can ask the Supreme Court to investigate the case
